1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact

Note: Items on sale or clearance, undergarments, and customized products are non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made through the original payment method or via bank transfer

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a size or style:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • You may need to cover return shipping charges


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
